Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity they may carry out), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and without being required to provide any explanation, within 14 working days from the date on which they take physical possession of the goods.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice to Azienda Agricola Gorza Srl by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, clearly and expressly stating their intention to exercise this right, however expressed. Within the same period, the notice may also be sent by telegram, email or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.

The notice must also include the bank details required for the refund of the amounts paid, as well as the "Customer Code" identifying the order placed.

Azienda Agricola Gorza Srl will send the Customer, by email (to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of registration or when placing the order, unless the Customer expressly specifies a different address for this purpose in their initial communication), a paper form containing the withdrawal authorization number. This form must be printed and attached to the outside of the packaging containing the product.

The product must then be returned, with shipping costs borne exclusively by the Customer, within 14 working days, to the address specified in the form.

The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of only part of the purchased product.

The purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation).

3. Until receipt of the returned goods has been confirmed by Azienda Agricola Gorza Srl, shipment remains entirely at the Customer's responsibility. In the event that the goods are damaged during transport, the Customer will be promptly notified of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods by Azienda Agricola Gorza Srl), so that they may promptly file a claim with the courier they selected and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods, if insured.

In such circumstances, the product will be made available to the Customer and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.

Azienda Agricola Gorza Srl shall not be held liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of returned goods shipped without insurance.

4. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, Azienda Agricola Gorza Srl will refund the Customer the full amount already paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to receipt of the goods being returned.

The refund will be made by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer.

In the latter case, the Customer must promptly provide the bank details required to receive the refund (ABI code, CAB code and current account number of the invoice holder).

The Customer will be reimbursed for all payments made to Azienda Agricola Gorza Srl, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

5. If the goods have decreased in value due to handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the consumer shall be liable for such loss of value when exercising the right of withdrawal.

All costs and risks associated with returning the goods shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

6. If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, Azienda Agricola Gorza Srl will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for the shipping costs.

7. Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among other cases, where the sale concerns: i) Goods made to measure or clearly personalized; ii) Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been unsealed after delivery.
